I'll make this short and sweet. The rubber bulbs (the ones that actually come into contact with your skin) are too coarse, and you NEED massage oil to even use the thing (unlike other massagers on Amazon that can be used well without oil). The heating component on it is TERRIBLE, just a selling point, and doesn't actually "do" anything, besides light up. It shakes WAY too much in the control panel part, so you can't press ANY buttons while it's turned on. I'll stop there, but let's just say that this is a COMPLETE WASTE of your time and money. Go with a different device.
