This hutch takes a little time and patience to assemble. However, in the end this is a fine looking piece of furniture. All parts were included, adequate instructions, good shipping protection and excellent hinges on the doors. Highly recommended.

VERY flimsy faux wood hutch. Breaks easily and unfortunately one of the screws busted through the wood when I was building mine. Looks great for what you pay though.

This product is quite a nice addition to the South Shore desk. Putting it together is a pain, but once completed it looks nice.
The cardboard backing is nothing to dream about, but over its very nice...just make sure when hammering in the small nails that you get it into the wood, otherwise the holes will show through.

I BOUGHT BOTH THE DESK AND HUTCH AND THINK THAT IT IS A VERY NICE PEICE OF FURNITURE. IT WASN'T HARD TO PUT TOGETHER AND THINK THAT IT'S A NICE QUALITY.

If you're looking for a nice functional desk that won't break the bank, this desk and hutch is great. I had a hard time finding a desk with enough drawer space and a functional hutch (doesn't eat up desk space, but adds significant storage space) that still looks nice, and isn't huge. This is it. I'm very pleased with this purchase. You will need a phillips head screw driver, a hammer and few hours to build this (and the same goes for the desk part).
