4Not BAD at all, all it takes is a little patience, care, and a bottle of wood glueApr 06, 2011
By JIDX
People whining about this dresser obviously never put anything together in their life. The package was EXTREMELY well protected on all ends, how people are receiving them damaged is beyond me. Mine even came with a thick layer of plastic sealing the box. The parts and hardware were all clearly labeled and fit together easily. I used wood glue to attach almost every part and the end result was a sturdy dresser that my 6 year old can use safely. Took me about 2 1/2 hours to put together. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to the cardboard backing. Even though, the dresser is very sturdy with it, I would have liked some type of press board or particle board better. Overall I am very satisfied with this dresser at this price. It seems like people who wrote some of the reviews were expecting a piece of heirloom furniture to pass down two or three generations, for $150. If you are reading this and are looking for that type of heirloom furniture, this dresser is not for you, but it is definitely worth the price, and if my kids write, paint, carve, or deface it, like they have other more expensive furniture, I will not be upset. Hope this review helps someone out there. Good luck!

5Absolutely perfect!Jun 01, 2010

It was easy to put together, the perfect size for my 5 year old daughter, and is pretty sturdy! I would totally recommend this product, and already have, to others.

2Defective pieces along with odd structure make for a frustrating experienceJul 08, 2011
By Jenni L
I really give this 2 1/2 stars. There were three defective pieces that took a week and a half to receive replacements for, so that slowed up the building process. And the way the dresser is put together just seemed odd to me. So far this summer I have built a filing cabinet/desk, a toybox, a bookshelf, and now this dresser. I have always enjoyed putting together these types of products and usually find it pretty easy to do. But this one is just odd and overly complicated, when it doesn't have to be. I just kept wondering why the manufacturer chose the methods they did. Now that it's all put together, it's fine. It looks okay, and the drawers slide smoothly. But I wish I hadn't bought this dresser because 1) there were defective parts, and 2) it took longer to put together than it should have. There has to be a better choice of dresser somewhere else. I wish I would have searched more instead of buying this one.

5Very SatisfiedDec 08, 2009

Very sturdy for the price. Good mid priced dresser. We bought the headboard too.

Went together pretty well, and even had an engineering updated piece to keep the bottom of the drawers from sagging.

Good Buy for a kids room, my daughter is 11 and will most likely take this to college with her.

4Nice little dresserSep 12, 2011
By Richard J. Maggio
I bought this dresser for my daughter in Jan. 2011 and so far it's great. She's now seven and it's the perfect size for her. The drawers move in and out smoothly and there is plenty of space in it for all of her clothes. The top did come damaged, but I just called the company and they sent a new one. Overall, it's a nice dresser for the price.
