My daughter looked on-line for furniture to replace the bunk beds that her and her sister just sold. She found Southshore furniture and showed me that not only did the wood match the dressers that we already had - but the price was reasonable. We purchased two Twin Mate beds and the Bookcase headboards. My husband and I were able to assemble both headboards within 1 hour. We assembled the beds as easily, but experienced a problem with the second unit. We found that all of the long boards had been broken in half - though we were dumbfounded as to how since the packaging was intact. Nonetheless, one call to the Southshore number located on the instruction sheets, and we had the replacement boards within 10 days. Though this lengthened the amount of time one of our daughters had to sleep on the floor, it was well worth the wait when we saw what the finished products looked like. Really happy with the furniture and would recommend it.

Greta addition to my son's bedroom. Lots of space and sturdy construction. Delivery was fast and instructions to assembly very clear. Love it.

The instructions were pretty easy to understand and I was able to put this together with the bed by myself in a just couple of hours. It is very sturdy and my son loves it.

I already have the captains bed and 5 drawer chest that matches this, decided to give my daughter some more storage space so ordered the headboard. Shipping was fast and box was well packaged with extra packing around corners and plastic wrap. It took me a total of 35 minutes to unpack all pieces, put together and attatch to my daughters bed. It looks great. No broken pieces and no problems with directions
