 $50 Furniture... plus additional $55 in shipping costs...Jan 16, 2009

I don't write a whole lot of reviews, but I just wanted to make sure that anyone else who was thinking about buying this furniture online, and paying the additional $55 in shipping charges is fully informed about what they are getting. This is very cheaply made furniture. It's more cheaply made than the cheapest furniture at ikea, which is basically disposable furniture. That is why its on sale in the $50 - $100 range, so don't be fooled by the $250 off nonsense. The cost is cheap and so is what you get. The drawers are on plastics slides, not metal rollers, lots of exposed silver screws on back laminated particle board. If you're looking for something to use that you don't mind getting trashed, like putting an extra set of drawers in your garage, or in your dormroom closet, and really need it delivered to you as opposed to picking it up, this is may serve your purposes. Otherwise save yourself the shipping fee and you can get better stuff in a similar price range somewhere else and it will last you longer.

I'm giving this product only two stars, I do like the dresser somewhat, but is not quite the item that I thought that I would be getting. First the directions to assembling the product were not that clear, second the handles that came with the product are not the ones pictured on the website. The handles are these very cheap and cheap looking plastic black handles that look like tow hooks for a truck. Part of the reason purchasing this dresser was the fact that I like the round metal handles that were displayed in the picture. The dresser itself does not look and feel like a dresser that someone would pay around $200.00 for, it actually looks like something that I purchased in Wal-Mart. As for now it will do the job, but would not recommend to anyone buying this dresser for this price, shop around.

this is a great dresser to buy it has plenty of spaces for clothes in the drawers and plenty of space on top for all of your knicknacks and such :D not easy to set up but once it's been set up it looks beautiful :)
