The Ultra Diet Pep is ultra cool in that it carries me through the day without the jittery, shaking feeling that other diet pills have given me. I take one around 10:00 am and another around 3:00. The pills curb my appetite and maintain my energy level so that I don't get the afternoon crash and head for the snack machine at work. I find that I am eating less at lunch and dinner and never do get that sudden drained feeling. I have no trouble falling asleep and getting a good nights sleep. I would recommend this product for anyone who wants a good appetite suppressant/energy booster.

takes some of the stress out of dieting, read the book, Fiber 35 for additional tips such as how hot saunas raise your metabolism, and for exercise, read Body by Science.
