i received this lamp in a very poorly packed box. the base was broken. i asked for a return on the item and was notified that a return label would take 2 to 3 days. it has been over a month now and i can't get an answer from them on where the label is. i don't care how good the product might be if the customer service is that bad.

The lamp has two light modes - 1) constant white only, and 2) changing red-blue-green lights. It's really funny thing esp. used as Christmas tree :), 5 stars to designers.
