Buyer beware what you order from this company I have used Amazon for many many purchases this year and this by far was the worst. We ordered a chair from the company and when we recieved it it was alot smaller than we originally thought. I tried to contact the company three times to get a return label or address or something left message---no return call. When I finally got ahold of them today I was told it could be returned at my expense and then there was also a restocking fee of 20 percent that would come out of the refund. Chair was decent quality but if you can purchase this product elsewhere DO SO!!! The customer service at this company is far from what I am used to with larger more REPUTABLE companies!

This was order along with another chair for my granddaughter. Both arrived ahead of scheduled delivery date and both were well received. This one was for the grandson and he had it up and booming in about 5 minutes.

I bought this chair for my son for Christmas and the speakers stopped working on January 13th. I have heard several others having the same problem.

This is definitly great chair, It has a vibration setting so when i play halo, I get a massage 2. The audio quality is great as well, so this audio chair does its job very well. Though is does have some minor flaws in my eyes, it is not wireless which isnt a problem to many people. another problem is that you dont have it. So BUY IT!!!

The only thing correct about the description is that it is a chair, and it vibrates. it does not vibrate dynamically, nor does it vibrate with the appropriate tones (its response is ~60hz-90hz). It has only 2 speakers, no subwoofer. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
