This "Sephiroth" sword has been a wish of my son's for some time. He is thrilled with it and his friends think it's really cool. I was suprised at the quality of the blade as well as the wooden sheath, it is quite a collector's item. The first one we received had been damaged in shipping, but Goliath was really great at getting another one sent right out. They were very responsive to my emails, an excellent company. I would definately deal with them again.

I think Sephiroth's Masamune is closer to nine feet, but nitpicking aside, this is awesome. I keep it majestically hanging over my playstation [nerd]. A lot of advertised swords turn out to be tin and plastic held together with wallpaper glue, but this one is actually really, really nice!

"Sword is not the closes replica on the market only thing that matched was the length of the sword. miss advertisement for the Sephiroth Masamune sword, but sword I received was in great condition"

Any REAL Sephiroth fan out there does not want this sword! It does not have the blade guard from Advent Children they lied! This sword is really a nodachi/ odachi which is just a longer version of the katana! I got this sword for I HUGE Sephiroth fan for Christmas and he was so excited for it and when he saw it he got pissed! DO NOT BUY THIS SWORD!!!!!!!!
