Bought this to replace a year old health o meter scale which won't give anything but "error" messages. Now I have 2 scales that will only give "E" messages. The ONE time it did give me a weight number it was about 6 pounds under my weight on other scales. Love Amazon but this set of scales is a piece of junk.

A little small in area but OK to step on and read. Seems very accurate as are all the Health O Meters I had in the past.

I bought this scale because I was looking for an inexpensive, but accurate source of measuring my major weight loss (ha)....I read all the reviews and it seemed like a good deal......it was...
The only problem seems to be that sometimes an error message will come up and it has to start again...wasting maybe one minute of my precious time....definitely not a big deal...The weight seems to be quite accurate....certainly as good as the more expensive scales...
so..defintely..I recommend it highly..

This scale is 6 lbs off, I've put this scale against the scale at my gym and the scale at my doctor's office and it is way off. Very dissatisfied with my purchase.

After reading the positive reviews of this scale, I thought I'd found THE one. Wrong. I'll weigh myself, get a reading, weigh myself five minutes later, and get a weight 3-4 pounds on either side of that initial reading.
Reading reviews of other scales sold on Amazon, this sounds like a common problem. When you buy this, just make sure you don't need one that's extremely accurate, because it's not by a long shot.
For casual use though--to weigh yourself every few months--it works.
