this knife is durable and we useit for photo chutes every time we get a chance and we have great news if you buy this that it is 100% durable but its not meant for sword to sword fighting

I love these... they are just beautiful... quite sharp, and appear
durable one piece construction. As usual with the cheap Chinese swords,
they just have a cloth wrapped hilt. But with a whole roll of electrical tape,
you can make a great hilt, with a pommel, and grips. These are wrapped better
then most, with a ninja sword style, but still wont last as is. I highly recommend the electrical tape treatment...
it adds weight and balance, and more comfortable. I use lots and lots of layers.
These seem too beautiful to use much in a harsh way... but looks like you could actually
cut some stuff with these if you wanted too. Well worth the price... I payed over $50
for a tiny little rainbow pocket knife by Kershaw... so $20ish is a great price for two
blades of this size and quality. The double sheath is functional but on the light and
flimsy side.

The swords are very beautiful...they are absolutely stunning. However, both the swords and the case were dirty...like they were previously owned. I'm not concerned with it, since my husband only collects, and I am sure I can get the dirt off the blades with a wet cloth. I am a little disappointed in the condition of my item upon arrival, especially from Amazon. Well worth the price.
