We have not tested to see how the product works yet. But this review is based on THIS VENDORS listing of the item. This item is shown with a list price of $30.00 and selling at $3.97. Given the price and product details (states item weight is 1 pound) I was lead to believe there were more than one cold pack per order. I am truly disappointed to have received my order today with a total of 1 Boo-Boo Buddy which I paid $3.97, plus another $3.99 for shipping totaling almost $8.00. It would cost $3 for restocking fees to send it back not to mention any shipping and handling cost that comes with that on your end. I can assure you the retail list price of this item is around $5-$10 and not anywhere near $30. Save your money and buy from another vendor.
