This fryer is so well made and perfect for large gatherings. Typically, two or three people spend all their time frying instead enjoying their guests. The Bayou Classic allowed us to fry fish, meat, potatoes, onions and hush puppies for a very large crowd in an hour and half. Easy to use and maintain. Customer service is TOP NOTCH! I was so impressed when we called and did NOT hear a recording. The guys were answers all our questions and were very helpful. I have looked at fryers for quite some time; doing a little research to get the best bang for the buck! THIS IS IT! :-)
