This deep fryer was shipped in it's original box and came with two dents on the pot. The box looked as if it was dropped and bounced around during shipping. I decided to keep it anyways because I am sure it's going to get some dents in my restaurant. You must clean it after every use to keep it shiny. This product is great!I use it almost everyday! I liked it so much I bought another in a different size.

Another quality product from Bayou Classic. I bought 2 of these, perfect size, great price. With free Super Saver shipping I couldn't find them at a better price anywhere else. Having the notched lid is a terriffic improvement. You're able to cook for a crowd in a hurry with these. This is one purchase you'll never regret making.

Would be a definite five star if made of stainless steel versus aluminum but still a great buy not to big but definitely not small could cook large amounts of food for many quest yet small enough to make dinner for one.

I wanted a good size pan with a basket for frying egg rolls and french fries but I think I'd get the smaller size now that I have this one. It's huge and holds a lot of oil but if you're cooking for a crowd this will do the trick. It's built very well, very heavy duty. The only thing I'd change is the angle that basket sits when you have it hooked to the edge of the pan to drain the oil after frying. It sits a littls low so one side stays in the oil a bit.

We were having a fish fry, we only had a deep pot for turkeys. I ordered the Bayou Classic 1350. It arrived in just a few days. The first time I used the fryer we fried fish for 44 gyests. The fryer was great, just as advertised, I followed the instructions and had nothing but compliments. They never knew it was my first time with the fryer.
