BSN is known for making excellent fitness supplements. With the Nitrix, I used as directed. It did not provide discernable improvements in energy, muscle volume, strength, or endurance.
Not sure if its a bio-variability factor, but this one just doesn't provide any benefits for me. Sorry BSN. I really like and still use your other products.
