Good product!Jun 13, 2010
By B. Moskov It is very good made product. The assembly takes less than 30 seconds and it works very well.It is pretty comfortable on the hands and the width of the wheel is sufficient to keep you stable.

Good, but there is a catch to it.Dec 31, 2010
By Stephen -Excellent product if you are in Good/Excellent shape already. -Somewhat difficult to use if you are avg/good shape. -Hard to use if you are considered slightly overweight. -Almost Impossible to use if you are overweight.
In order to use this to it's full potential you already need to have good core strength. If you lack it, it makes it much harder to use. I actually like the core ab wheel and it works your core out really well, plus I hate doing crunches and sit-ups so this is a great alternative in my opinion. I bought a yoga mat as well for my knees as padding because I have wood floors. The quality and deisgn is very good so I have no complaints. It's fairly sturdy and for 20 bucks a good buy. Would I recommend this for someone else? Depends on what which category they fall under in regards to fitness level.

Review and Installation TipApr 20, 2011
By Galdor First off, let me say that an ab roller is a useful exercise device for building abs. I can really feel it when I do the exercises with it. In my opinion it is the wrong device if your goal is to burn stomach fat. It may be very difficult and ineffective because spot training is widely considered a myth.
Anyway, my review of the device is short. It works very well for me and I feel confident that it can hold my weight without danger of breaking.
The only downside is that it was difficult for me to install at first. The rubber handles have to be slid onto the metal bar, one on each side of the wheel. This may be easy for some, but mine probably would have taken the strongest person on Earth. It may depend on the temperature where you are because the metal and rubber probably expand/contract differently. Anyway, in case you have this problem here is how I solved it:
1) Slide one handle onto the bar as far as you can 2) Place the bar so that the handle is touching the ground and the other side of the bar is facing the sky. Put a peice of cardboard on top of the bar (I used the box it came in). 3) Gently and carfully tap the cardboard at the top of the bar with a hammer/mallet until the handle has slid in. Dont make it go too far. It shouldnt take many taps. 4) Put the wheel on the bar. 5) Slide the handle onto the other side of the bar and repeat with the new handle pointing down. Make sure not to go too far again or the two handles will squeeze the wheel at the middle and it will be hard to get them farther apart again.
Anyway, thats what worked for me. Hope it helps someone.

By Donna M. Votino Kind of cheap. Doesn't roll as smoothly as it should. Because of that issue, I don't use it very often. When I do use it, it works my core.
