DO NOT BUY THIS YOGA MAT!!!! This mat is not thick at all and is the slipperiest thing I have ever tried to do yoga on. I spent $32 on this including shipping costs and am beyond disappointed. I tried doing yoga on it and every time I was in downward dog my hands slipped forward 8 inches. I finally got so annoyed that i threw it against the wall and finished my session on the floor. Please don't waste your money on this mat. Spend the extra money and buy a good one.

I love this mat. I practice yoga at least 4 times a week and have had trouble with cheaper yoga mats -- all those vinyasas started chipping off the foam, so I'd have little purple mat bits littering my space. I've only had this mat for about a week, but it feels thick and sturdy. I got it in turquoise, and the color is vibrant and unique. I have a feeling it will withstand the test of time--and many, many downward dogs!

This mat appears to be of good quality, but I was disappointed in its thickness. It's advertised as an extra thick mat, but it does not appear to be any thicker than the average yoga mat. If you are looking for average thickness, then you would be satisfied with this product.

This is the first yoga mat I've ever purchased or used, but I have no major complaints about it. I use it almost every day. I seem to slip on the mat in certain positions. Not sure if that is common or not, but I had expected that issue to be cured when I switched from my other athletic mat. Also, if this mat is extra thick, I would hate to use a mat that isn't because I need to put a towel under my knees for certain exercises. I'd like it to be thicker.

This company contacted me about the review and tried to make it right, they could not, so they gave me a credit to an old aamazon card which has been closed. Now I cannot get the refund from Amazon, so with all this said Amazon is the bad company here not the company with the mat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
