My sister in law recommended the stability ball, and after trying this one, I am a firm believer in it. It is easy to use and I felt the workout the day after. I don't have much time to exercise so this is the perfect tool for me. I really like it.

This ball is great! It is great to sit on while using the computer and for other seated projects. It is fun to use in a work out. I have also used it for helping my children build strength and balance.

My particular stability ball was white. No problems in using this ball for sit-ups, push-ups, and other types of exercises on carpet and smooth wooden floors. I would not recommend applying sudden force to it. Also, it can attract dust. I have cleaned it with some success using a damp, slightly soapy rag. As a whole, I really like it.

I ordered this ball specifically for its color shown in the picture and was disappointed to receive it and find that it is a light silver color. The ball was needed for a prop and the dark ocean blue in the picture was perfect. I now have a useless purchase which is more trouble to return!
