Easy to swallow and I only take 4 tabs a day (2/2).
Additionally, also has, D2, MK7, Vitamin C, magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, potassium and boron. See my included image for the supplement facts. I don't see a problem with the Vitamin D in this product being D2, as I can make my own D3 from the sun...so why not the best of both worlds? :)

Unique blend, but this version has D2. Some other Bone-up formulas have D3, which is preferred. I will exchange it.
