The product shipped one day before the estimated delivery date and it was in good shape.
I used this cleanse back in January 2008, and it made me feel so good. Lots of energy and I lost 8 pounds in 14 days. Can you imagine...losing eight pounds from a cleanse sounds disgusting, but obviously my body needed it. But please DO NOT use this product simply to lose weight. That is unhealthy and it may not work. In order for a cleanse to work, your body needs to get rid of toxins and waste-NOT WEIGHT.
The product recommends you cleanse up to 4 times per year and I might just start doing that. Not only can you feel the difference once you use the product, you can feel the difference when your body needs to be cleansed again. Just listen to your body.
Oh, and it clears up your skin if you have any pimples or blemishes!!!
The only downside: if you are headache-prone or hormonal (women), you may get headaches for the first 3-4 days as your body gets used to the product...however, this time around (July 2008), I am happy to report, NO HEADACHES!!! So I guess my body recognizes the product and is ready for it.
Overall, this is a great product and it works really well if you follow ALL instructions on schedule. [P.S. it really kicks in around day 4]

I am on day 10 and feel so much lighter and happier. The first few days I was bloated and hungry but got past that by day 4/5. I am not sure if I have lost any weight but my pants feel looser. You don't feel like you have to go to the bathroom all the time after the first days. There are a lot of pills but that's easier to take then the alternative! I will do this at least every few months!

I finished all the pills of this detox program this morning and I didn't see a single difference from before taking the pills. Contrary to some reviews that I read in the web, I didn't have any diarrhea, gas, or any change in bowel habits. While that is good, the bad part is that I also didn't see anything improving. My skin didn't change at all, I don't feel any more "rested" or "peaceful" then when I started the program, and I didn't lose any weight, even though I ate cleaner and drink a ton of water while doing the detox.
The other thing that I didn't exactly like was the fact that the laxative pills are big and fat, multi-vitamin-like size. At night during the first week you need to take 3 laxative pills, 4 fiber pills, and 1 other smaller pill, and at least for me it was a bit hard to swallow so many at once.
Bottom line is, I feel like I wasted my money and my time. Maybe I was expecting too much, some sort of difference after finishing the detox process, but for not feeling or seeing anything different at all... It's disappointing. I would not recommend this detox kit - better invest on something else.

Here is the truth....
IT IS GREAT!!!!! Unlike some cleansers, there is nothing nasty tasting. As long as you stay committed to taking the pills, as the instructions say, you will reap the benefits. Although this is not a weight loss product, I lost about 5 pounds the first week and 7 pounds the second week. No, I did not purposely put myself on a diet. For some magical reason, the cravings for sugary foods and foods with high carbs disappeared. I found myself craving more water, fresh fruit, and vegetables. Expect a lot of movement of your bowels, especially after the 3rd day, but you will feel cleaner and lighter after using the restroom. And the best part about going to restroom while on this product is that you will not have to strain. The bowels pass through gently and effortlessly, but not like diarrhea. Overall, I had more energy, which comes in handy when exercising. My hair grew faster and my skin was glowing.
I will definitely make this a regular part of my life, by doing this cleanse every 3-4 weeks. This is good stuff! Go ahead and get it!!

I've tried several cleansing products and this one does not work! It made me feel and look bloated. The girls at the gym teased me by saying I looked pregnant! Don't waste your money!
