This stuff will make you dark no doubt. It take more than one coat to get really dark so dont worry about showing up on stage looking like a freak. Goes on fairly easily and usually comes with a pad to apply. One time I got it shipped to me without the applicator pad and I went to the auto shop and bought some cheap buffing pads, way cheaper than the ones at the beauty store and also works better I think. Only downside to this product is that it comes off on anything that you touch so dont wear anything you would ever want to use again. I think with all tanners like this you can expect some to come off I just wish it would dry better and faster. Took about 4-5 coats over 6-8 hours to get the correct amount of darkness I wanted. I have medium skin. My friend is redhead Irish lad and takes about 8 coats to work for him. Dont get this crap in your eyes. Look into getting some DreamTan also If you are worried at all about getting super dark, dont put it on until your JanTan is completely dry!

I see these sellers are still advertising this as 8 ounces although you only get a 6 oz bottle. I ordered 3 bottles and told them per ounce they had ripped me off roughly $17 and I wanted a refund since they falsely advertised it as 8 oz and it's only 6 oz. That was around a month ago and the seller blew me off and has yet to respond although I did file a complaint w/ Amazon. My guess is they blew Amazon off as well as A refunded my entire amount of $. SO, what you do know is that this seller has NUMEROUS times been told they are lying about how many ounces you get, they have continued to lie by leaving this ad up, and they blow off any and all complaints from what my story has told. I'm surprised Amazon is continuing to let them get away w/ lying about a product's contents and hasn't forced them to switch it or Amazon pull down the ad themselves. Oh, well, you'll get ripped off if you think you're getting 8 ounces cuz you will get 6 ounces and you will get blown off by the seller if you bring it to their attention. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL is an understatement. Bald faced liars is closer to the truth.

I definately like the ultra one better two coats and your dark.. this particular jan tan i put on four coats and still was not dark enough.. will not use this one again for sure.. ultra one is made for one coat and be dark and ready for competition..
