While the quality of these bands seems decent enough, they are only 4ft long, which is shorter than I wanted. It would have been nice if Amazon would have listed the dimensions of the bands.

Just a warning to people like me who are allergic to latex. These bands are not latex free. I could smell latex when I opened the package, so I wrote to the manufacturer, J Fit. They confirmed that the bands contain latex.

They came in yellow, green, dark orange-y pink, blue and don't immediately leap out as latex; no real sticky feel to them or noticeable scent so I couldn't say immediately if these are latex or plastic. Resistance levels were good overall, but I could be happier with the extra-heavy -- felt a bit light. The bands themselves seem durable but the clip didn't even last through the first use, the slightest amount of pressure on the band after it was closed snapped it faster than a dry blade of grass... The bands are nice but I'd recommend grabbing an outside set of attachments when you order these so you don't have any inconvenience when they arrive! :D

These exercise bands are simple to use and make the impact of a resistance work out far greater and more effective.
The clip that is supplied can sometimes struggle to clamp on the amount of rubber you need to fit into it to create the resistance you require, but that's no great drama, you can easily tie a knot in the band to achieve the same result. The mesh bag they come in is handy to keep everything together.
The only thing I would suggest to the manufacturer is to label each band clearly with a description like "easy" "moderate", hard, challenging, in terms of the level of elasticity in the band and the resistance that it provides in your work out. Would just save a little time when you first get them.
Overall very happy with my purchase and am seeing the results from my workouts

Bands are 4 foot long. If you can get 6 foot ones - easier to do leg work. Aside from their length they are perfect for my needs. I use them when traveling to do a workout in my hotel room. Used in combination with running up and down the hotel emergency stairwell is a good workout and one every hotel can accomodate.
