 Very Good - Large - Balance DiskJun 16, 2010
This is a very large disk, able to simultaneously support your two feet on it (mines are size 13 ...), which opens the way for additional activities that were not possible to do on the smaller disks.
This disk is very well made, strong and heavy; appears to be durable.
Happy to report that mine hasn't deflated for a long time; hope it continues so.

this is way to big to sit on. maybe for excersie it o.k. didnt even fit in my office chair (and its a big chair). it was even too big for the car...
