Just what I wantedFeb 26, 2010
This was my favorite form of aerobic exercise years ago. So when I decided to revive this particular form of exercise I could only find my risers and not the actual step. I'm so glad that this product is still available. It is the same item I used years ago and the risers still fit this step. This isn't rocket science, step aerobics is still step aerobics. The only thing lacking is an instructional video. But I can live with that. It is sturdy, slip resistant and has a large surface area. I will get a lot of use out of this item.

I am taking a step class and wanted more practice at home. This is just like the one in my class. It does what it is supposed to do which is to provide me with a simple and easy way to exercise. It allows me the flexibility of using either one or two riser.

This is a great product. It's the exact same step that is used in most gyms. It's sturdy and you can adjust your height from no-step-2 steps. There is also a non-skid surface on the step and it's easily stored. Great purchase-great value!
